Richardson, Richter & Associates, Inc. (RRA) has extensive experience developing effective public involvement strategies for major wastewater projects.

On a variety of sewer interceptor projects, RRA staff has worked with the Metropolitan Council to identify key community issues and stakeholders for proposed routes to strategies to manage potential project opposition, organize and manage meetings with stakeholders, prepare project fact sheets and presentations, and host community meetings and public hearings.
