Richardson, Richter & Associates, Inc. (RRA) provides community education and outreach services to keep residents, businesses, and other project stakeholders informed of transportation activities in their area.  RRA Associates develop comprehensive public outreach strategies and media communication plans designed to not just provide information, but to bring information directly to stakeholders. 

RRA responds directly to stakeholder concerns and press inquiries, works closely with established community groups and local businesses, and develops and maintains project web sites.

Experience in this area includes I-35W/UPA, I-35W/Hwy 62 Crosstown Reconstruction Project, Oronoco 52 Design-Build, Bridges of Mower County, and Hwy 610.
