The team at Richardson, Richter & Associates, Inc. (RRA) provides public policy, financial and general project management services to advance transit options in Minnesota. RRA Associates are skilled in managing professional service contracts and grants, policy analysis, communication, negotiation, budgeting, and administration.

RRA has been directly involved in the development of numerous major transitways in the Twin Cities' Metropolitan Area. RRA Associates have been active participants in the Northstar Corridor from inception to its grand opening. In addition, RRA has provided guidance and project management services for the Counties Transit Improvement Board, Metro Transitways Development Board, Red Rock Corridor Commission, Rush Line Task Force, Southwest Corridor, Riverview Corridor, Cedar Avenue Transit, and Bottineau Boulevard Transitway.
