Solid Waste

Richardson, Richter & Associates, Inc. (RRA) has experience working with public sector clients on solid waste projects, providing policy and administrative support, solid waste programming, waste assurance, hauler regulation, and the development of solid waste ordinances. RRA works closely with the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) and Minnesota counties and cities on a wide variety of solid waste projects.

RRA has extensive experience representing clients in solid waste permitting and rule-making in public policy development and at the legislature. In addition, staff from RRA have represented counties on regulatory issues and fully understand the decision-making process involved in regulatory relationships with the State.
