Richardson, Richter & Associates, Inc. (RRA) works with clients to develop and implement strategic communication plans that keep stakeholders informed and supportive of key public projects. RRA Associates develop key messages, identify stakeholders, develop communications materials, and structure public involvement processes to accomplish these goals.

RRA Associates have designed and implemented public involvement programs utilizing the "Hear Every Voice" philosophy, and are certified in Systematic Development of Informed Consent (SDIC).
