Trudy Richter is a founding partner of Richardson, Richter & Associates. She is dedicated to ensuring firm members' delivery of efficient and cost effective services meeting each individual client's expectations.
Ms. Richter's work on capital-intensive public projects on our highways and for solid waste, water and sewage sludge management involves guidance on contractual and risk allocation issues, public policy issues, consensus building and public outreach and education activities. She has advised Minnesota's public and private waste to energy industry for over 20 years.
Ms. Richter has extensive experience working with government clients in conducting public involvement processes that increase the probability of successful, supported projects. She facilitates public meetings, provides legislative testimony and manages citizen committees and task forces working closely with community leaders and agencies. Ms. Richter also completed Hmong, Latino and Somali Cultural Proficiency Training in 2010.
Ms. Richter earned her Bachelor of Arts in English and Masters of Arts in Education from Stanford University, her Juris Doctor from the University of Arizona College of Law, and attended the Unversity of Minnesota Law School.
