Senior Communications Specialist/Policy Analyst

Samantha Werre is a Senior Communications Specialist and Policy Analyst with Richardson, Richter & Associates, Inc.  She is experienced in providing public involvement, project management, inter-agency coordination, data analysis, and event management services for a variety of clients in transportation, transit, solid waste, green events, and wastewater.  Ms. Werre is trained in Context Sensitive Design and brings strong communications, organizational and project management skills to the team. Ms. Werre completed Hmong, Latino and Somali Cultural Proficiency Training in 2010. 

Ms. Werre has a Bachelor of Arts in Strategic Communication from the University of Minnesota and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Business Communication at the University of St. Thomas.
