Lindsey Wollschlager is a Senior Policy Analyst with Richardson, Richter & Associates. She is experienced in data analysis, policy analysis, project management, and inter-agency coordination for a variety of clients in transit, multi-modal transportation and solid waste fields. Ms. Wollschlager is trained in advanced policy analysis methods related to program evaluation, cost-benefit analysis and organizational capacity development. She is an active community volunteer and has a history of working with state and local government agencies to bridge divides and bring projects to fruition.
Ms. Wollschlager has a Bachelor of Arts in History from Pomona College and a Masters of Public Policy from the Humphrey School of Public Affairs at the University of Minnesota.
