Linda Gondringer

Senior Associate

Linda Gondringer is a Senior Associate at Richardson, Richter & Associates, Inc. and has over 20 years of experience in project management, communications, public involvement, facilitation, and strategic planning.

Ms. Gondringer's strength is her ability to use her interpersonal and communication skills to creatively manage multi-disciplinary teams comprised of key managers, technical staff, and policy makers in a manner that achieves the project goals and objectives on time and within budget.

Ms Gondringer is trained in several areas, including Context Sensitive Design, advanced training in public involvement and conflict resolution, facilitation, team management, negotiation, and consensus building. She is a board member of Women's Transportation Seminar (WTS) and was Secretary in 2007 - 2008. Ms. Gondringer also completed Hmong, Latino and Somali Cultural Proficiency Training in 2010. 

Ms. Gondringer earned her Bachelor of Science in Marketing from St. Cloud State University, and her Master of Business Administration in Marketing and Master of Arts in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management.
