Joy Miciano

Joy Miciano is an Associate at Richardson, Richter & Associates, Inc. Ms. Miciano is skilled in communications, public involvement, public policy, project management and meeting facilitation. Ms. Miciano's strengths include her ability to provide effective communication and collaboration for a variety of stakeholders to successfully accomplish project goals and objectives.

Ms. Miciano has a strong background in providing information and education to diverse communities. She possesses experience and knowledge in the fields of transit, transportation, environmental health, and public health. Previous work experiences include Saint Paul-Ramsey County Department of Public Health, non-profit organizations and the U.S. Peace Corps. Ms. Miciano is also fluent in reading, writing, and speaking Spanish. Ms. Miciano completed Hmong, Latino and Somali Cultural Proficiency Training in 2010. 

Ms. Miciano earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Biological Sciences at the University of California and is a Masters of Public Health Candidate at the University of Minnesota School of Public Health.
